Our Story
I’m James, founder of Overlay Apps. For more than a decade I’ve been helping businesses unlock the full potential of Salesforce. Again and again, I saw the same frustration: managers drowning in reports, chasing overdue tasks, missed follow-ups, stalled deals, and lost leads. Not because people didn’t care, but because Salesforce hides what matters behind tabs, lists, and dashboards.
That got me thinking: what if Salesforce could keep watch for you? What if it could nudge the right people to act at the right time, before an issue becomes a complaint, a renewal is missed, or a hot lead goes cold?
That idea grew into Act On It.
